West Ham United has had a disastrous season this time around. They have been able to win only 2 matches from 11 matches, scoring a meagre 10 points. Currently placed in the 16th position, they have won only once in their last six matches. It has been a complete lacklustre performance by them. Last match brought some respite as Noble and Hines played saviours as they scored and won the match for the team. Great trouble lies ahead as their star striker Cole and solid mid-fielder Ilunga both suffered injuries during the last match and their chances in this coming week still remain uncertain.
Everton too on the other hand is busy saving its nose this season. Having registered 3 draws and 1 loss in their last 4 encounters, their performances too haven’t been that satisfactory. Having won only 3 from their all 10 matches, they are placed in the 13th position with just 12 points. They need to buckle up their shoes soon and need to play some great football in order to finish off this season at some respectable note. Their great inability lies in their inconsistency of converting chances to goals. This can be well read from the fact that their net goal difference is at -3. All they need is some consistency and it shall do wonders for them.
