Rangers, Scottish champions last season, are in danger of an early exit from the Champions League after failing to win any of their first three Group F fixtures. Dan Petrescu’s men are currently second in Group G, and could strengthen their chances of qualifying for the next phase by doing the double over Walter Smith’s side.
Sorin Frunza gave Unirea the lead on two occasions in their weekend game against Universitea Craiova, only for the visitors to equalise both teams. However Bilasco scored a late winner to give Unirea their sixth league win of the new season.
